End User License Agreement

®ABC Phonetic Reading Schools, Inc. (ABC) ©Online Reading Lessons and Materials at LetRead.com (licensed program) are sold on the condition that the end user agrees to the following:

  1. These lessons, programs and all materials, available both on the internet and in printed form are protected by United States and worldwide copyrights,
  2. All lessons, programs and materials license granted under this agreement authorizes the end user to use the licensed program on any private single computer system.
  3. End user may make copies of the licensed materials offered in each online lesson for their personal use. There shall be no more than one (1) copy made of any materials or books in existence under any license at any time without prior written consent from ABC. Any further copying is illegal.
  4. When end user purchases the ABC program, lessons or materials off the LetRead web site, the purchase acts as a license to use the licensed programs, lessons or materials. The licensed program, lessons or materials shall remain the property of ®ABC Phonetic Reading School, Inc. This license may be revoked at any time if end user is found to be in breach of the copyright laws, or any other statutes pertaining to the use of the ABC program, lessons or materials, or any part of this agreement.
  5. ABC Phonetic Reading Schools, Inc. makes no warranties with respect to the licensed program, lessons or materials in the performance or accuracy of the data and information presented; nor for resulting consequential damages, whether through loss or inaccuracy of information or data; nor for any consequential damages resulting even if ABC Phonetic Reading Schools, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  6. ABC Phonetic Reading Schools, Inc. may revise the performance of its program, lessons or materials and, in so doing, incur no obligation to furnish such revisions to end user.
